1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Turmeric Power powder
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1-1/2 cups raw cashews or macadamia nuts
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup red bell pepper
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and purée until smooth.
Serve with cut vegetables such as radishes, carrots and celery or flax crackers. Good for up to 7 days covered in the refrigerator.
