3 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 scoop Red Beet Power powder
1/4 cup coconut butter
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1-2 drops stevia (optional)
1 scoop collagen powder (optional for more protein)
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Makes one serving.
*If not following a keto or low carb diet and would like an alternate sweetener, substitute 1/4 date for the stevia and add 3 more strawberries. Can add more almond milk for desired thickness.
