International Shipping Policy

  • We are not liable for and will not refund any orders lost, damaged or confiscated by customs. You are purchasing at your own risk.
  • Once processed, international shipments may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. This can vary greatly based on the country and its customs process. 
  • We do not consider package lost in transit until 45 days after shipment. If determined lost, we must open a tracer claim with the shipping carrier before taking any corrective action. If your package is determined lost, a lost package affidavit email will be sent from our third-party claims company (U-PIC) to confirm non-delivery. All lost package claims must be reported within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Some duty tax fees may apply, however we cannot predict them in advance. Please refer to your Customs agency for more information before ordering.

Please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. We are not liable for any damages or additional fees caused or accrued by customs. We are not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk. If a package is returned to us by Customs in good condition, we will refund you for the cost of the product minus the shipping cost incurred by us.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.


To begin a return please submit your details here before sending it back. After receiving a RMA number you may send the item back for refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products you are 100% covered regardless of order size. Simply send us a picture of the damage and we will replace it at no cost to you. This exception is valid for 7 days from the day you received your package.

What Kind Of Results Can I Expect?

The results will vary for everyone depending on how much weight you have to lose and how strictly you follow the keto diet. There are levels of ketosis measured by the amount of ketones in your blood stream. The longer you follow keto, and stay away from carbs, the deeper into ketosis you will get, meaning your body will burn more and more fat each hour of the day.

Will I Feel Hungry?

What Supplements Do I Need?

There are a variety of supplements designed to support the Ketogenic Diet such as MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) which are easily converted into ketones by your liver and can aid in speeding up your entry into ketosis.

Your nutrition coach will discuss with you what may or may not be right for you on your first call. 

How Long Does It Take To Achieve Ketosis?

It's different for everyone. It largely depends on how strict you are following keto and how many carbs & sugars you have been eating during the time leading up to starting Keto.

Some people like to begin Keto by doing 18 or 20 hour fasts each day for a week and then begin keto. This can help cleanse your body of toxins before entering ketosis. 

Can I Eat Carbs While On Keto?

Again this largely depends on your body. Good advice is to eat 0 refined carbs, especially while in the early stages of Ketosis as the body will want to burn the carbs first before producing more ketones, setting you back significantly.

Either by course or by coaching, you will be shown how to calculate the total amount of carbs, protein & fat per day you should be eating based on your basic metabolic rate (BMR).

After months of Keto, a small cheat meal is less likely to knock you out of Keto as your body has now become more adjusted to burning Ketones (and loves it).
